The uber talented sl-fashion designer, Sissy Pessoa of Baiastice, has recently released yet another amazing mesh creation. This fabulous piece is also know as the 'Anais Jumpsuit'. If you follow my blog regularly, then you probably have read my constant words of praise regarding Sissy's superb mesh creations. Not only are her designs gorgeous, but the mesh moves and fits flawlessly. The 'Anais Jumpsuit' is no exception and is also a perfect example of what mesh was made for. Gone are the days of fitting and resizing fussy prims, since mesh allows this to be just one piece. The jumpsuit hugs your body in just right places. There are no awkward prims that move one way, while the rest of your body moves another way. 'Anais' just naturally follows the flow of your avatar's movements. This strapless one piece comes in 5 eye-popping prints and is definitely an essential Summer staple. It also comes in 5 different sizes for just the right fit. Well, I have finally accepted that mesh is here to stay. I even admit that like it. Who would have known? However, I still wish the rigged mesh could be modified, especially when it comes to hair, and that it was just a bit easier to layer. But, I guess I will have to wait for the almighty mesh deformer, in order to fix such issues. Unless, of course, this mesh deformer is just another SL urban legend and all this waiting is just in vain. Almost every single designer is releasing their creations in mesh now. Some are better than others. Well, Sissy Pessoa of Baiastice, is definitely one of the best and has seriously mastered mesh! Her textures are perfect and realistic. She is making the most use of what mesh was made for. One thing that really impresses me about Sissy's mesh, is the way is stretches. One of my mesh peeves, is when a pencil skirt or tight dress expands and the pattern becomes severely distorted (some more than others). Sissy's pieces do NOT do this. This is the mark of skilled mesh work and what makes her creations that much more incredible. I figured, Sissy's latest release ('Veronica'), would be the perfect dress to show off her talents with. 'Veronica' is all one piece, which includes the jacket and the dress. I never thought you could create such an amazing ensemble all in on layer. I am also wearing one of Sissy's new 'Spring Mesh Straw Hat', which is definite staple for this Spring and Summer and s available in 8 fabulous shades. I have two fabulous new releases to share with you.  First off, Mimirki Kit created another new mesh ensemble, called 'Romy'.  It is s gorgeous pencil skirt with a lace texture and super sexy cardigan with a matching bra top. A fabulous ensemble for Spring. As usual Mimikri gives the customer a ton of stunning muted color options, but this time, she has added a couple of bright colors to mix as well. Anyway, I think Mimikri really went all out with this creation and is a define WIN.
Hart Larsson of PXL, FINALLY released  anther new skin called 'Kate' and I am in LOVE! This was definitely one skin release that was worth waiting for! 'Kate' is perfectly rendered and luminous. The body is to die for as well. Hart really put a lot of thought into 'Kate' when it came to the make-ups. In The Flesh...

I hate being so behind, because my pics always looks like crap. I always get a brain blockage when I am pressed for time and nothing seems to work. I also feel bad, because a good a friend of mine happily volunteered her services to find the perfect place to take my pictures. I agreed in a very grumpy manner, not because of her, but because I just was feeling down and lacking confidence. She did find the cutest location, but because of possible post processing issues, I chose another space in this wonderful SIM. And, even if I didn't show it at the time, I sincerely appreciate all her help and positive energy.

Blue Monday...

Once again, I have a post that I planned to have up last night. However, SL did not want to behave... I couldn't attach prims or rez. I was also crashing almost every time I would try to TP somewhere. Once I had finally managed to get everything together, my viewer kept freezing on me. So, it took me over 8 hrs to come up with 3 decent pics. Normally, this wouldn't even take 15 mins, unless I was playing around with windlights, different angles and  such... Oy! What made it worse it is that I have been meaning to post this amazing new jewelry set, from kyrha Bouscario of NHA!, for awhile now. Anyway, enough whining and on to the goods! These fabulous earrings and necklace, make up the 'Vanilla' set. There is also the equally fab matching 'Nasha' headband, which is sold separately. However, if you are going to grab the jewelry set, you simply must get this gorgeous headband too. kyrha prices her creations so reasonably (I think she should get a bit more, since she is so talented) that it would really be crime not to. Indian Summer...

My brain is a bit fried from the heat today, so I am going to try and keep this post short and sweet. Luana Barzane is a still a 'new-to-me' designer, who generously passed me some review copies to check-out. Well, I loved what I saw. So, today I decided to post one of my favorite creations, called 'Indian Dress'. I simply adore the Indian print texture and it comes in such a gorgeous color combination! I love the long sleek lines of this dress and sexy tummy cut-out. This is one fabulous Summer dress! Just so you know, I would have posted more, but I have been having major problems with SL today. A long hot Summer....

Yellow Buttercup...

I have been a bit "under-the-weather", so I have been working on this post in bit and pieces over the last day. It should have been posted last night, but I had no energy to finish my last couple of pics or even attempt editing. *Laughs* Anyway, if you read my blog or know me, then you will also know that I have started to fall in love with bright colors. You know, like yellow, orange, etc... I am a native Manhattanite, who loves her black and neutral tones, when it comes to clothes. However, something crazy has been happening to me and I can't get enough of these brilliant shades. Now, this trend has not yet infiltrated my RL, except for bright splashes of colors found on choice accessories. But, I have definitely been living out this obsession in my SL. So, now that I have accrued so much yellow, I figured I would devote a post to it. You may want to wear your sunglasses, but I tried to tone it down.
