I have been wanting to post this fabulous mesh dress called 'Le Nuit', which was created by the uber talented Nevery Lorakeet, for some time now. However, I am behind once again and sooooo late on all my posts. You may notice that my blog's style will be changing a bit until I am caught-up. Anyway, 'La Nuit' was also Nevery's first mesh creation and I think she made a stunning debut with it. I love the black and white stripes that are so elegantly contrasted by a wispy chiffon-like collar. A definite WIN! So, since I have another post to write, I will leave it at this! I am not feeling so well, so I will make this post quick. I have a lot of fabulous new things to show you. Most of them being 'Culture Shock 2012' previews, which will be available at the venue on the 4th. Until then, I will have to keep the url a secret. I also have fabulous corset, from the uber talented Aeon Perian of ~plank couture~, called the "Plurielle Corset". The gorgeous 'Wisteria' headpiece is a Culture Shock exclusive from LaGyo. Gyorgyna Larnia really outdid herself with all her amazing creations for this event. She also created this stunning 'Paisley' necklace and earrings. Not only is this set gorgeous, but it is texture change too! My hair is another Culture Shock preview from Kavar Cleanslate of  ::Exile::, called " ". I am in so in love with this style right now. Oh, and last but not least, Jin Elfan of Leverocci, just released so new and totally amazing mesh creations, including the 'Mary Jane Pumps' I am wearing. These pumps come in 20 YUMMY colors and are definite inventory MUST have!
One more thing! Skin diva, aida Ewing of -Glam Affair-, finally released 'Giselle'! 'Giselle' is absolutely gorgeous! Stay tuned for a full review, but in the mean time you can get an idea of just how beautiful she is in the below pics....

Location: These pics were taken at the fabulous 'New York City' SIM. This relatively new build is absolutely stunning! The textures and details are unbelievable. It is definitely one of the best new builds I have seen. Now, unlike a lot of NYC inspired SIMs, it doesn't try to completely replicate it. As a native New Yorker, this always has been a pet peeve of mine, since it is impossible to replicate this city. Especially on such a small scale. This SIM encompasses the true essence of Manhattan. There are areas that remind of the village and others of the upper east side. In any case, this is a must see! Plus, there are a ton of amazing stores as well. Wow! I am so in awe of all the fabulous creations that SL's best and brightest are putting out. It's almost overwhelming! *LOL* I am on sensory overload. So many rich wool, tweed and fur textures. Subtle neutrals mixed with bright colors. Fabulous snake and ostrich skin accessories! What is a blogger to do? Well, blog, duh! But, sometimes I wonder if there are enough hours in the day to cover all of what I would like. So, I am trying my best to showcase a bit of everything. This is basically a LOTD type look. I am wearing a fabulous new sweater from CHANTKARE and beautiful tweed trousers from IZZIE'S. And, of course, I had to finish of the look with LaGyo's amazing new Fall accessories. Now, as far as the skin goes, I know 'Gori' is not the latest release from *JeSyLiLO*, but I LOVE it! I have been bad about my skin reviews, since I have been sick and did not have much time to blog, so I have a lot of make-up work to do. But 'Gori' is simply scrumptious and you must try on a demo. Rain, Rain Go Away!

Ughhh.... Well, Hurricane Irene is making her way up to NYC and my network connection is a bit shakey. I just hope I don't lose power or I will go nuts! I am never prepared for these things. I ran into Fairway to grab a couple of bagles and people were loaded up with gallons of waters, batteries, etc.. And I am just standing there with 2 lousy bagles. Well, I doubt we will lose water and electricity for a couple of weeks. And, since I don't eat that much anyway, I think the bagels and whaever else I have lying around will suffice. It's just funny to watch people go into to survival mode and overspend. I guess flood warnings could be good be for the economy...
Anyway, enough babbling... I have some amazing pieces from Izzie Button. However, you m ust be quick if you want to grab them. I also am wearing the cutest pair of 'vintage jean shorts', which you can find at Fashionably Late. It also comes with a pait of vintage jeans too. But, you have to run to get this, since Fashionably Late changes it's inventory at 4pm SLT on Sunday the 28th. I paired the short with Izzi's 'Fringe Top'. This top comes with or with beads and in a ton of lovely colors. This is is definitely one of my favorite pieces lately.
Oh! I almost forgot! Izzie just came out with the best lipglosses! They look absolutely yummy and come in even tastier colors. Everyone has there thing... Some people can't do with out lashes or shadow. Lipgloss is a MUST for me, so I am always really excited when an awesome new lipgloss comes out and Izzie definitely hit ther spot with this. This was just a quick LOTD featuring one of my favorite designers, Giz Seorn of **GizzA**. It's her latest 'Tricot' release, which comes in 4 gorgeous colors. As usual, Giz creates this piece to perfection. Well, it is actually 3 pieces... A light cotton tunic, thick leather belt and silky flower adorned scarf. Marni Grut  is such an amazing designer, so it is no wonder that she is right up there with my all time favorite SL creators. As an the end of Summer approaches, Marni decided to design a few essentials to carry us into Fall. She created a gorgeous, and perfectly sculpted, 'Festival Love Top'. This piece has a lovely empire waist and beautiful detailing down the front, There is also a 'School's Out Skirt' that is adeptly sculpted as well and just too pretty for words. Lastly, Marni created the most perfect pair of denim shorts to bring this collection full circle. All of these pieces come in a ton of fabulous colors, which make them ideal for mixing and matching. The only problem is picking out a color! Like always, Marni's use of texture is phenomenal and these are three items that you absolutely can NOT pass-up!
