Purrrrrfect!

I have been meaning to blog these fabulous 'Aphrodite' boots from Ten Dexler of Purrfect 10, for some time now,but never had the right outfit to wear with them. This is mainly due to the fact that the outfit would really need to be able to showcase them. Luckily, Michell Tomsen of STICKY FINGERS, created this uber sexy 'My Black Leo Gather' dress. I then added a few choice accessories from Gyorgyna Larnia of LaGyo. Plus, this amazing new hairstyle from Kavar Cleanslate of Exile, named 'Meg'. 'Meg's' tousled 'just-got-out-of-bed' locks, just scream HOT. Kavar really has been outdoing himself with his recent releases. They are all just completely yummy. So, a 'look' was born. Oh, I almost forgot, I am wearing the latest and totally beautiful skin, from Sissy Pessoa of Baiastice. Her name is 'Nico' and she comes in 6 stunning skin tones and 10 make-ups with tons of options (inducing freckles, brows and teeth). I can not believe it is Labor Day Weekend already! The Summer is officially over. *Cries* Although I am sad to see Summer go, I am really excited for all the awesome Fall fashion that is on it's way. I also wanted to give another showing of Truth Hawks latest hair releases. I am in LOVE with them! He seriously outdid himself with both of these styles. The textures are phenomenal and I love his intricate use of elastics and side ponytails. We have Tasmine, which is a beautiful banded side ponytail. And then we have Martina, which has a partial side-ponytail, while the rest of the hair falls loose. Truly stunning! A Lazy Saturday...

Although, I usually wear Truth's new releases right away in my posts, I still like to do a feature review on his amazing new creations each week as well. It has always been that way. This last week has been really crazy for me and I haven't had much time in SL, so my TRUTH feature will be have to be today. Now, today wouldn't be quite that bad, if it weren't the day he usually releases his latest styles. So, I apologize to Truth and my readers (if anyone actually reads this...*laughs*) from the bottom of my heart for my tardiness.
Truth had created two perfect Summer styles. We have 'Jordan', who is a very long, loose and slightly teased ponytail. She is too adorable for words! Then we have 'Zaria', who is long with sexy waves and pulled to the side. She also comes with two bang options. You can choose a full bang or one that is 'side-swept'. You have got to love that! Zaria is gorgeous!
Now, like all of my 'Truth Reviews', I usually have a bunch of other amazing stuff to show-off as well. This week I have just a couple of casual 'short and tank top' looks. Such The Perfectionist....

Ahhh!!! Okay, you would think that with my laptop working and things completely up to par, that so would my posts. But, this post took apprx 24 hrs to complete! It wasn't because I ran into any problems, well...except for myself. *Laughs* I wanted my "come back" posts to be PERFECT! So, I fussed and fussed... and then fussed some more. The more I fuss the worse it gets. I guess I am also paying too much attention to my 'flickr' feedback, which has decreased some. I automatically think that this means my work is going downhill. Well, maybe that is why I have less feedback, or it could just mean nothing. I remember getting excited over the fact that I had 10 views. I was like, "OMG! Ten people actually looked at my picture!". Now, if I don't get close to 10 favs or more, I feel like something is majorly wrong. I don't know if this is just me, who gets like this over flickr feedback, or if many of you feel the same.
Anyway, I have A LOT of great stuff to show you! I have Sebastien Aries's exclusive styles for 'Hair Fair 2011'. Can I just tell you that Sebastien really hit the ball out of the park with these 2 styles?! He created a sex-kittish style, called 'Ingenue', which is adorned with perfect tiara. I mean, what girl does not love a tiara? And, just in case you don't, there is an option to go sans tiara. Sebastien then created a short and very sassy "do", called 'Bombshell', that is to die for! My First Post With A Working Laptop! This is also feat. *Mimikri* and "LoQ Hairs" from Hair Fair 2011!

Wow! I couldn't believe how fast it took me to complete this post with a working laptop! No crashes, no freezes, no overheating, no extremely slow rez time and NO frustration! Yay! Anyway, I think I found the perfect combo of creations to go with this first post. I have finally been able to style and takes pics of a couple of my favorite designs from Mimikri Kit! I love her classic sexy style mixed with a tiny bit of bohemian flare. This is always a perfect mix for me. I have been long time fan of Mimikri's designs, so it really is an honor to work with her fabulous creations.
I also got a chance to post some amazing new hair styles, which you can find at 'Hair Fair 2011', from the wonderful Gia Pawpad of "LoQ Hairs". I have always loved her hair styles, but let me just tell you.... Gia really outdid herself with this release! Her texturing is on a whole other level and the designs are stunning! I am really in love with her new collection.
You will also notice that I am wearing a fabulous new pair of 'Koda Platform Pumps' from Stevenzuuh Gossipgirl of Fleshtone. These new shoes are incredible! They definitely satisfied my massive shoes addiction, at least for a couple of days. They come  in ton of brilliant colors and you definitely need them ALL!

Exile at Hair Fair 2011!!!

Okay, things are getting really bad now with my laptop situation. Dell will still not send me a new one, but I managed to get them to come out and replace all the parts *LOL*. Well, this involved a lot of tears and screaming at the top of my lungs to some unlucky tech person in India. Dell has "notes" on me. I am now a "difficult" customer. But, when a customer service rep was in in the process of sending me the laptop I have now, which is also "replacement", I was PROMISED they were going to "MAKE SURE" that I would "NEVER EVER" have a "PROBLEM" again! Well, what do you know, I have HUGE problem and they basically are telling me "F**K YOU! It takes a lot to make me mad and to get that heated, but Dell does it to me every time. So, please forgive my crappy pics. This post has now taken me over 24 hrs to complete, which is insane. Actually, I think I am insane for trying to do it under these conditions and not giving myself a break, But I have already disappointed so many designers with this mess and I fear my reputation as a blogger is going down down the drain. Everything I worked so hard to achieve is being destroyed by my lousy laptop and need to try and not let people down. So, please accept my sincerest apologies. This situation will be resolved of the end up the upcoming week. Finally! Well, lets hope anyway. You will also not have to read these rants anymore...
On a  much happier note, Kavar Cleanslate of Exile, released 5 fabulous new styles for the much anticipated Hair Fair 2011. These styles are gorgeous and so perfect for summer. I really could not pick a favorite style. What I really love most about Kavar's creations, are his root options. With the addition of a darker root, the hair looks so much more realistic. I am really impressed. I can't say enough wonderful  things about his latest releases. So, since I really tired, after 24 hrs of sub par work, I will let the pictures do the talking.
 Btw, I also paired the hair with Lara Hurely's full make-up line of 'Odette'. 'Odette' is absolutely stunning! I can not take this perfectly rendered skin off! I still have a full review to do on this, so please stay tuned. I was hoping to have it completed already, but my laptop has been too difficult to work with. Once again, I am so sorry.
